COUNTERTOP CARE & MAINTENANCE

NATURAL STONE & QUARTZITE CARE GUIDE

Can Radeon engineered parquet be installed over radiant underfloor heating?

Yes. Our multi-ply Baltic birch core is cross-laminated specifically to counteract thermal expansion and contraction, making it 100% stable with hydronic and electric radiant subfloors up to 27°C (80°F).

What is the difference between natural UV oil and polyurethane lacquer finish?

Natural UV oil penetrates deep into wood fibers, preserving the authentic tactile warmth of the grain and allowing local spot repairs without re-sanding the entire floor. Polyurethane sits on top like a plastic film that requires complete stripping when scratched.

Do you provide trade pricing and physical sample kits for licensed architects?

Yes, through our Radeon Trade Program. Qualified architects, interior designers, and general contractors receive our complimentary Architectural Sample Binder with actual 220mm plank cuts and trade discount schedules.

What warranty coverage is included with commercial installations?

All Radeon materials carry a 35-year structural delamination warranty and 15-year commercial finish warranty. When installed by our certified Guild team, labor and subfloor bonding are backed by a 10-year comprehensive warranty.
